Contact form

When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, phone number and message.

  • Why we use it: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo or provide a quote.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. If your enquiry leads to an agreement, we process the data to perform that contract.

  • How long we keep it: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we need it for an ongoing agreement or to meet legal obligations such as accounting rules.

Website analytics

We use Squarespace Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve it. This may include:

  • information about your browser, network and device

  • the web page you visited before coming to our site

  • your IP address

  • how you use the site, such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, searches and timestamps

  • Legal basis: your consent. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner.

  • Necessary cookies are always used. They allow Squarespace, our hosting provider, to deliver the website securely and remember your cookie choices.

Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run our website and business:

  • Squarespace (website hosting, forms and analytics)

  • Google Workspace (email)

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to it, or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK.

Using the Equal Play service

If your organisation uses Equal Play, we process video content and related data on your organisation’s behalf. In that case your organisation is the data controller, and our processing is governed by the data processing agreement between us. Please contact your organisation for questions about that data.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you

  • have inaccurate data corrected

  • have your data erased

  • object to or restrict our processing

  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before
